Prepare: Chickpea Curry (Channa Masala)

  1. Defrost 300g of Tarka package and heat in pan for 3–5 min.
  2. Add 4 cups of canned drained and washed chickpeas. Heat for about 5 min. on medium heat.
  3. Add 1½ to 2 cups of water and boil for 5–10 min. (Add water for desired consistency.)
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.

Serve hot with naan, flattened bread (roti), bread or rice.
